About the position

As a Sales Representative at Vivint, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling innovative home automation and security products to potential customers. This position involves going door to door to educate homeowners about the benefits of Vivint's services, while also managing the sales process from start to finish with the support of dedicated teams. Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Vivint's products and services door to door.
• Educate homeowners on the importance of home automation and security.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and Installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Make professional in-home presentations and proposals.

Requirements

• Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Customer support experience is a plus.
• Must live within 1 hour of the office location.
• Must demonstrate honesty and empathy towards customer needs.
