  • Demonstrate a tenacious drive for results by becoming a trusted 'Sleep Expert' and consistently exceeding sales goals.

Requirements

  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse array of customers.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in high-end sales.
  • Commitment to professional appearance and attitude, representing the brand with integrity.
  • Adept at using technology required for store operations and sales presentations, with a preference for technology engagers and early adopters.
  • Ability to adapt and grow in a changing, fast-paced work environment.
  • Genuine desire to grow and learn, contributing positively to a team-oriented environment.
  • Motivated by a pay-for-performance compensation plan.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and demonstrate English language proficiency; second language skills encouraged.
  • Minimum H.S. diploma or equivalent required; additional education and training preferred.

Benefits

  • Guaranteed base pay of $15/hour plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonus incentives.
  • Total annual compensation package of $49,000 - $57,000 for most team members.
