About The Position
QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Fairfield, CA. As the largest commercial flooring family, we have experienced over 40% growth since 2020, and we are looking for a motivated individual to help us continue this trajectory. The primary focus of this role is the sales and marketing of our installed polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems, as well as our materials for end users in commercial, retail, and industrial markets. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading provider of polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings, and to contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality flooring solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for account development and territory management through various strategies, including existing account follow-up, cold calling, telemarketing lead follow-up, target marketing, and business development meetings. You will engage in new and existing account development, conduct site inspections, deliver proposals, and demonstrate materials to potential clients. Your ability to provide accurate information for proposal creation will be crucial in securing new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The successful candidate will possess a strong motivation to grow and build regional sales, contributing to the overall success of QuestMark Flooring. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the commercial flooring industry, with specific experience in concrete polishing and resinous coatings being highly preferred. You should have at least 2 years of territory and account development experience, along with solid qualifying and closing abilities. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment is essential, as are strong time and territory management skills. A valid state driver's license in good standing is required for this position.
