Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and develop a top-performing sales team.

  • Motivate self and others to achieve sales targets.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Life & Health Insurance License required (or willingness to obtain).
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional work experience, preferably in outside sales.

  • Proven track record in sales performance.
