Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, providing an exceptional, no-pressure buying experience.
• Lead RV walk-throughs and demonstration rides.
• Close sales by working closely with the finance team.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and inventory.
• Work closely with other departments like service, retail, and finance.
• Generate fresh ideas to help exceed sales goals and boost revenue.
• Be ready to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend when necessary.

Requirements

• Sales experience of 2 years (preferred).
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for reviewing inventory and customer data.
• Valid driver's license.
• Great organizational skills.
