About the position

The Sales Representative at OTiNUS Corp is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential customers, and selling CNC metalworking machines. This role involves providing technical advice, negotiating contracts, and ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining strong relationships with clients. The representative will also analyze sales data, report on activities, and represent the company at trade fairs and exhibitions.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential customers
  • Acquiring key accounts and building a portfolio of new customers
  • Selling CNC metalworking machines
  • Determining customer needs and providing technical advice on the offered products
  • Negotiating contracts and closing sales transactions
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Reporting on sales activities and results
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
  • Monitoring machine installations at the customer's site and after-sales care
  • Representing the company at trade fairs and exhibitions
  • Close cooperation with the marketing department in building the Otinus brand awareness

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience in the sales of technical industry products is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Documented achievements in sales goals achievement
  • Active involvement in creating and maintaining business relationships
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Demonstrated success in outside sales
  • Familiarity with territory management
  • Knowledge of business development strategies
