About the position

The Sales Representative at Kimball Midwest is responsible for managing customer relationships, prospecting new clients, and achieving sales goals within a designated territory. The position offers the flexibility of working from home and includes a compensation plan with uncapped commission earnings.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Effectively cold call on potential customers in the territory to grow a book of business.
  • Efficiently plan week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
  • Demonstrate products to potential customers to show the value and quality of our products.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas by following the company's proven sales programs and processes learned in training workshops.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities by inputting information into the company's systems.

Requirements

  • Ability to move to and from potential or actual customer and associates' locations and company meetings within the assigned geographic area.
  • Use of personal electronic device that complies with the company's Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) policy.
  • Execution of an Employment Agreement and/or revised Employment Agreement exhibit(s).
