About the position

Sundown Exteriors is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and commission structure, allowing top performers to earn between $100,000 and $150,000 annually. The role involves selling home improvement services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads for home improvement services.
• Conduct in-home consultations with potential customers.
• Provide detailed product information and pricing to customers.
• Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage referrals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in technical sales or home improvement.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in home improvement sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
