About the position

DCH Kia of Temecula is seeking experienced Automotive Sales Representatives to join their team. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidates will have a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment and will be equipped with the necessary tools and resources to excel in automotive sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate vehicle options.
• Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of the automotive market and product offerings.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• Prior Automotive Sales experience is required.
• Strong negotiation skills and a desire to succeed.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with CDK/ADP systems is a plus.
