Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects in CRM
• Manage CRM
• Take inbound customer calls
• Handle incoming web leads
• Set appointments to design customers' dream buildings
• Assess customers' needs and dreams through effective questioning
• Design and quote projects, and present to customers
• Close sales
