About the position

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through both outside and inside sales efforts, focusing on business development and excellent customer service skills while managing relationships effectively within designated territories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective territory management.
• Follow up with existing clients.
• Engage in inside sales activities, including responding to inquiries and providing product information.
• Utilize Salesgent to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize on business development initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Participate in retail sales events and promotional activities as needed.
• Continuously seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or business development.
• Strong understanding of territory management principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with Salesgent or similar CRM software is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in retail sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
