We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by creating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our products/services. This is a commission-only role with 2 weeks of paid training. At Provision Roofing, we provide exceptional roof repairs, installations, and replacements in residential roofing. We are dedicated to bringing the highest quality professional roofing and repairs to Middle Tennessee. Provision Roofing helps drive and provides extensive sales training to ensure all Sales Representatives will make a minimum of $100,000 within their first year! With an owner who is active with his team and has a vast experience in various sales industries, he has a combined decade of experience training dozens of salespeople that have exceeded industry standards by blowing past sales norms and income goals. We pride ourselves on an amazing culture, spending time on and off the job together, not only with each other but with family. Our goal is to take two company trips a year, one for team building and one for family. We build sales teams around sales leaders and provide tools to do the job, including company-issued uniforms, field tools, iPads, iPhones, and drones (once licensed).

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and revenue growth by creating new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with clients and promote products/services.
  • Canvass neighborhoods by knocking doors to generate leads.
  • Participate in paid training to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales processes.

Requirements

  • Sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience in customer service, market analysis, business development, and sales techniques.
  • Ability to work outside and enjoy heights as part of the job.
  • Strong interpersonal, follow-up, and closing skills.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all interactions.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a go-getter attitude.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using CRM software is a plus.
  • Leadership experience is beneficial.
