About the position

The Sales Representative at SupremeX Envelope is responsible for managing and expanding sales within an existing client base while also developing new business opportunities. The role focuses primarily on selling envelopes but also includes a diverse range of products such as labels, e-commerce packaging, and folding cartons. The representative will operate mainly in the New England area and may extend to the tri-state/mid-Atlantic area as needed, requiring an entrepreneurial spirit and effective deal-closing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Grow share of wallet within existing clients
  • Develop new business by leveraging our diverse range of products
  • Prepare and present proposals
  • Collaborate harmoniously with internal manufacturing and support staff throughout the order fulfillment and problem resolution process for customers, including quality issues, credit collection and inventory management
  • Research market trends and find business opportunities

Requirements

  • 2-4 years sales experience, preferably in print related or merchant field selling for, or to, similar account base
  • College Diploma or University Degree preferred (ideally in Graphic Communications, Business, or Sales related programs)
  • Effective listening, business communication (verbal and written), presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Intermediate computer skills, MS Office required with solid understanding of Excel
  • A self-motivator who is organized and able to multi-task
  • Outgoing and personable
  • Team player
  • Background in print and/or manufacturing strongly preferred
  • Technically savvy and able to assist with administrative activities when required
  • Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle and be willing to travel as required
