About the position

Meier Agency is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to service appointments and acquire new accounts. This role is designed for a driven individual who aspires to become a Team Leader and manage their own sales team. The representative will offer supplemental health insurance products that provide financial support during unexpected health events.

Responsibilities

• Service appointments and acquire new accounts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Participate in corporate and industry-specific training sessions.
• Engage in one-on-one training with a Sales Manager.
• Promote and sell supplemental health insurance products.

Requirements

• Sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Strong communication skills.

• Positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
• Desire to grow within the company.
• Health & Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain, with reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional work experience.
