About the position
FarmArt is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to promote and sell our products in the Tri-State area, focusing on Restaurants, Cafes, and Country Clubs. The role involves generating sales from both new and existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Inform buyers, operations, sales, and customer service of customer needs and preferences.
- Identify and target new business development.
- Responsible for individual accounts sales, gross profits, and sales targets.
- Troubleshoot any problems that occur during the shipping process, including personally delivering a product.
- Maintain communication with customers regarding product availability, quality, and price.
- Keep informed on current market conditions.
- Assist Accounts Payable in collections.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales experience, minimum.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and customer service skills.
- Past experience in food service is a must.
- Proven track record of strong sales and customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently and generate new business.
- Associate's degree in Business preferred but not required.
- Valid state driver's license with a safe driving record.
