Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and leads
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing Builders & Designers
• Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients
• Collaborate with Crews to ensure customer satisfaction
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
