About the position

The Sales Representative at Mondelēz International plays a crucial role in maximizing sales and supporting retail operations for well-known snack brands. The Sales Representative acts as a sales expert, building strong relationships with store management and tailoring sales presentations to meet customer needs, ultimately driving growth for both Mondelēz and its retail partners.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales through effective planning and order-writing.
• Support merchandising, shelving, and pricing activities in retail stores.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Mondelēz products and sales systems.
• Ensure proper representation and stocking of Nabisco brands in stores.
• Tailor sales presentations to customer needs and store demographics.
• Build strong business relationships with store management.
• Communicate plans and manage merchandising resources to build sales volume.
• Monitor and report on competitive activity and pricing.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate as necessary and perform merchandiser responsibilities.
