We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. A passion for sales and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities in the market are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
  • Present product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Engage in B2B sales interactions, effectively negotiating terms and closing deals.
  • Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to maximize revenue potential.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for reaching target markets.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to help shape product development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
  • Experience with product demonstrations is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in cold calling techniques and lead generation strategies.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling effective management of multiple accounts simultaneously.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is a plus but not required.
