About the position

Tommy Tran State Farm Agency is seeking a qualified professional to join their team as a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative. The role focuses on establishing customer relationships, educating clients about insurance options, and contributing to the agency's success through a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Chinese, Vietnamese, or Spanish is highly preferred.
• At least 1 year of insurance experience or client-facing experience is preferred.
• Property & Casualty License is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers.
• Ability to effectively relate to customers.
• Strong communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
