About the position

The Sales Representative at The Addictions Coach is a contract position focused on generating new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and requires a proactive approach to lead generation, including both warm and cold outreach. The representative will work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's success in the addiction and mental health sectors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct calls/emails to existing clients
• Prospect for new clients through calls/emails
• Manage accounts by maintaining relationships with existing clients
• Help create an affiliate sales program
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends
• Participate in direct sales initiatives to convert leads into customers
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
• Create and manage a CRM system for the organization and train staff on its use

Requirements

• Strong ability in sales via phone and in person
• Experience in the addiction/mental health and healthcare sectors preferred
• Experience in lead generation techniques
• Excellent sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer preferences
• Exceptional customer service skills
