About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Modern Day Brokerage (MDB) is a pivotal role focused on driving growth and expansion through lead generation and nurturing. This position requires a proactive approach to prospecting potential clients, conducting persuasive sales conversations, and building strong relationships to convert leads into qualified opportunities. The SDR will work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and achieve ambitious sales targets, all while enjoying a supportive and collaborative company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and other creative outreach methods.
  • Conduct engaging and persuasive sales conversations to understand client needs and showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, nurturing them throughout the sales cycle.
  • Meet and exceed ambitious targets by consistently driving sales performance and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Make a minimum of 200 outbound calls per day.
  • Set a minimum of 4 appointments per day.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and refine messaging.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales role, preferably as an SDR or in a similar outbound prospecting position.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track leads.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt approaches to different client needs.
