As a Sales representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive sales.
  • Manage territory sales by planning and executing strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform business development efforts.
  • Utilize software tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail sales, outside sales, or inside sales is preferred.
  • Strong background in business development with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Familiarity with territory sales management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is an asset but not required.
  • Experience with cold calling and lead generation techniques is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
