About the position

The Patient Care Coordinator (Aesthetic Sales) at LaserAway is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales of hair removal and non-surgical cosmetic services. This role involves handling consultations, scheduling appointments, and generating enthusiasm for the company's offerings, supported by warm leads from the marketing team. The position offers competitive pay with a base salary and uncapped commission, along with opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with warm leads and conduct consultations.
• Build rapport with potential patients and explain product and service capabilities.
• Overcome objections and prepare financing contracts with lenders like Care Credit.
• Introduce new products and services to existing accounts.
• Upsell additional products and services to ensure continued client engagement.
• Check patients in/out and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean and professional clinic, restock inventory, and assist clinicians with room turnover.
• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Follow LaserAway policies and protocols.

Requirements

• 2+ years sales experience required, commission base structure preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay attentive to patients.
• Flexibility to business needs and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a healthcare or aesthetic environment.
• Knowledge of non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
