About the position

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Project Managers to join our roofing and home exteriors team. This role involves managing company-generated leads, following up with potential customers, and overseeing the execution of projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, with the potential for high earnings through a base income plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Promptly follow up on company-generated leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Schedule and conduct home inspections with potential customers to assess their roofing and home exterior needs.
• Develop and present tailored proposals to customers, outlining the scope of work, materials, project timeline, and cost estimates.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Coordinate with the Production Team to ensure seamless execution of contracted work.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to the proposed schedule and quality standards.
• Communicate regularly with clients throughout the project lifecycle to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with customers and provide exceptional post-project support.
• Obtain client feedback and testimonials to help improve service offerings.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to read and understand project plans and documentation.

Nice-to-haves

• Sales experience NOT required.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, installation processes, and home exterior systems NOT required.
