About the position

The Sales-Residential Territory Manager at Sierra Pacific Windows is responsible for selling factory direct wood/clad window and door products in the Northern California region, specifically in Napa Valley. This role involves preparing and delivering quotes, building and maintaining business relationships, and identifying potential customers while meeting their needs and expectations. Responsibilities

  • Sell factory direct wood/clad window and door products

Requirements

  • 2 years' sales experience required
  • Prior experience in construction and window sales is a plus
  • Working knowledge of residential construction practices preferred
  • Window and door product knowledge is a plus
  • Construction industry knowledge preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer and math skills
  • Attention to detail, organized, and self-motivated
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive environment
