About the position

Volta Biotech is seeking a motivated and personable sales representative to join their team in Oklahoma City, OK. This role focuses on selling retail cannabis products and bulk distillate to dispensaries and other brands. The ideal candidate will leverage technology to manage a large territory efficiently, utilizing phone calls, emails, and marketing programs to connect with potential customers. The position offers a base hourly rate plus commission based on sales performance, with opportunities for growth and increased earnings.

Responsibilities

• Sell retail cannabis products to Oklahoma dispensaries.
• Sell bulk distillate and other products to brands.
• Utilize technology for sales outreach, including phone calls, emails, and texts.
• Manage a territory of approximately 800 stores effectively without excessive in-person visits.
• Participate in mass text/email marketing programs with customer permission.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new ones.

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, preferably in the cannabis industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage a large territory effectively.
• Motivated and personable with a customer-focused approach.
