About the position
As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will engage with customers to understand their needs and discuss various vehicle options. You will become an expert in auto sales, gaining in-depth knowledge of vehicles and the latest technology. Your role will involve demonstrating industry-leading features through test drives, completing quotes, and explaining financing and leasing options for both new and used vehicles. You will also be responsible for following up with prospective customers, returning emails and voicemails, and supporting online customers by setting appointments. Additionally, you will follow up with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and generate new leads. Responsibilities
- Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
- Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology
- Test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features
- Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles
- Follow up with prospective customers and return email/voicemail
- Support online customers by setting appointments
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
Requirements
- Strong desire to succeed
- Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
- Steady work history and commitment to starting a new career
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
- Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to ask for the sale and follow through
- Weekend availability and some evening hours required
- Valid U.S. Driver's license
- Bi-Lingual is a plus
