About the position

The Sales and Service Representative (Bank Teller/Universal Banker) at First Citizens Bank is a full-time role based in the Tampa branch. The representative will engage with customers to understand their banking needs and facilitate connections with other team members for comprehensive financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers in conversation to understand their banking needs and preferences
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Providing assistance with account servicing needs
• Facilitating customer awareness and education of bank services, including digital banking capabilities
• Introducing customers to other branch team members or bank partners who are able to provide solutions for their financial needs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ months of face-to-face customer service experience
• 1+ years of recent cash-handling experience

Nice-to-haves

• Sales support (cold-calling, appointment setting, etc.)
• Prior experience working in a retail banking environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
