Responsibilities
- Build customer relationships
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist in all aspects of store operations and flex between front/back shop tasks
- Learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks such as tires, battery, and oil changes
- Assist in directing the workflow in the service department
- Manage store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and displays as needed
Requirements
- Retail sales and/or customer service experience
- Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and evenings
