About the position

As a Sales Solutions Architect at Gainwell, you will leverage your expertise to develop market strategies and solutions that enhance the health and well-being of vulnerable communities. This role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to create compelling narratives and proposals, ensuring that solutions meet client needs while aligning with business objectives. You will play a critical role in the pre-sales process, engaging with stakeholders to secure buy-in and facilitate the transition from proposal to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of market strategies and approaches that align with client needs.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to gather insights and convert them into user stories.
  • Create product overviews, demonstration collateral, and marketing materials to support business development.
  • Determine financial aspects of proposed solutions, including accurate costing and pricing models.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and external clients to align expectations and secure buy-in.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions are understood and can be delivered according to client requirements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales solutions, particularly in healthcare.
  • Strong experience responding to RFPs and RFIs, and conducting due diligence on client requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate complex solutions clearly.
  • Proven ability to develop compelling user stories and solution narratives.
  • Strong financial acumen to create competitive pricing models.
