About The Position
The Sales Operations Coordinator (SOC) at Boston BioProducts serves as a primary contact for inbound sales inquiries and is responsible for outbound lead generation. This role involves providing customer service to both new and existing customers, identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and supporting the overall commercial department.
