About the position

The position supports the VP of Service Sales in developing and executing a multi-year account and sales strategy. It involves collaboration with various teams to enhance financial performance and drive business growth through innovative solutions and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Support VP of Service Sales in the development and execution of multi-year Account/Sales strategy
  • Partner with AGS Sales, Business Development, and Operations team on deal desk activities including value pricing, cost models, and risk management
  • Lead the adoption of AGS Forecast Automation, Global Process, and ERP Systems to scale the AGS Business
  • Engage with non-finance executives and management to drive decisions for business growth
  • Identify and drive opportunities to improve near-term financial performance and focus on strategic priorities for long-term profitable growth

Requirements

  • Master's Degree
  • 7 - 10 years of work experience in a relevant field
  • Demonstrated depth and/or breadth of expertise in specialized discipline
  • Ability to interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices
  • Experience leading functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements and complexity
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead others in solving complex problems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating difficult concepts and negotiating with others
