About the position

The Sales Operations and Digital Analytics (SODA) team at Amazon Ads is responsible for building reliable data foundations and sales operation processes to support sales teams globally. This role involves designing and coordinating sales workflows, analyzing data to improve operational efficiency, and ensuring that sales managers have the necessary information to execute their strategies effectively. The position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects designed to improve operational and process efficiency.
• Drive cross-functional coordination to deliver results based on a predefined timeline.
• Support teams in managing and resolving complex problems and escalations around data that impacts Sales.
• Analyze existing process gaps and develop solutions to close them.
• Gather and document business requirements from customers and propose solutions.
• Project-manage multiple workflows and communicate complex analytical results clearly.
• Identify reporting issues and drive timely resolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
• Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies.
