About the position

The Sales Strategy Enablement Manager at Honeywell is responsible for developing and executing sales activation strategies to enhance sales performance. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement high-impact sales activation strategies that drive sales growth and unlock new revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales activation initiatives with overarching business objectives.
  • Launch sales enablement programs and tools to enhance sales team effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Critically assess and optimize sales processes for consistency and scalability.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify productivity gaps and find solutions.
  • Design processes to provide sales teams with insights on competitor intelligence.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and refine forecasting methodologies with sales leaders.
  • Develop a comprehensive evaluation framework for product value propositions.
  • Optimize deal desk processes to reduce approval cycle times and streamline workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales support.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
  • Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
