About the position

The Sales Strategy Manager at ParkMobile will be a key player in developing and implementing sales strategies aimed at enhancing the company's market position and driving growth in both B2G (Business to Government) and B2P (Business to Person) sectors. This role involves creating comprehensive sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with various teams to optimize sales processes and account management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets, productivity, and market growth.
  • Create Go-To-Market design in B2G and B2P markets and customer lifecycle.
  • Work with Account Management to develop high impact plans to drive account revenue growth through operations recommendations and insights.
  • Create strategy development to improve account segmentation, workflows, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Work closely with new GTM products to coordinate customer priority lists based on need and fit.
  • Work with Compensation Manager to create targeted incentive plans to drive company growth goals.
  • Review market trends and competitive landscape to help inform sales initiatives.
  • Conduct regular assessments of sales processes and recommend enhancements.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for penetration and expansion.
  • Prepare and present strategic recommendations to sales and operation leadership based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a business focus.
  • 5-7 years in a Sales Strategy Manager role or similar role.
  • Analytical skill set - Detailed data modeling, SQL, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience.
  • Excellent Google Slides and PowerPoint experience.
  • Familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Pays close attention to detail.
  • A team player able to work effectively with a range of personalities across different departments.
  • Multi-tasker with excellent project management skills and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
