ADP is seeking a Sales Strategy & Ops Specialist to join our Commercial Operations Center of Excellence team. This role is pivotal in driving insights and supporting our sales organizations by enhancing reporting and analytics. As a key member of the team, you will leverage your analytical and technical skills alongside your business acumen to maintain and improve our reporting metrics and analysis. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders and operations partners to ensure timely responses to critical business needs. We are looking for individuals who are self-starters, intellectually curious, and capable of finding innovative solutions to business challenges and opportunities. In this position, you will perform comprehensive analyses on processes to identify bottlenecks and challenges, ultimately seeking opportunities for improvement. You will optimize internal and sales processes using tools such as Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate. Your responsibilities will also include creating and analyzing modern sales reporting and metric packages utilizing SQL, Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, and other software. You will play a crucial role in identifying and eliminating obstacles while improving and automating processes and reporting. Effective communication of updates, challenges, and changes across sales leaders and key stakeholders will be essential to ensure an outstanding client support experience.
