About the position

As a Sales Support Partner, you will provide valued support to a number of TGE's Account Managers. Their success will be your success! You'll help identify and produce critical reporting required by the team on a regular basis. In addition, you'll assist with identifying and implementing performance improvement initiatives, proposals, quotes, analysis, attending sales meetings, documentation, revenue checks, etc. You will also prepare monthly and quarterly sales-related data in consultation for presentation to customers and identify any increase in share of wallet business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Account Managers
  • Identify and produce critical reporting
  • Assist with performance improvement initiatives
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and analysis
  • Attend sales meetings and handle documentation
  • Conduct revenue checks
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales data for customer presentations
  • Identify business opportunities for increased share of wallet

Requirements

  • Prior sales support, account management, customer service, and/or sales experience
  • Analytical, personable, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
  • Solid Microsoft Office suite skills, especially Excel (intermediate level required)
  • Pride in work, driven, energetic, positive, and dedicated

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience within the transportation/logistics sector
  • Salesforce experience
