About the position

The Sales Supervisor at Christian Dior Couture in Beverly Hills is responsible for assisting in the daily management of the boutique and achieving sales goals for specific product categories. This role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that the boutique operates in alignment with Christian Dior's standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Boutique Manager and/or Assistant Manager/Department Manager in daily operations.
  • Achieve sales targets and minimize stock losses.
  • Demonstrate excellent product and range knowledge.
  • Participate in staffing, scheduling, merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of retail experience, preferably with at least 1 year in a management role in a luxury product setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity consistent with the brand.
  • Ability to develop and train associates and build relationships.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Effective management of sales staff towards achieving sales and clientele objectives.
  • Ability to manage boutique operations including attendance, merchandising, and housekeeping standards.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
  • Ability to maintain presence on the selling floor for long periods.
