The Sales Supervisor plays a crucial role in driving the business forward by ensuring an exceptional customer experience and fostering long-lasting client relationships. In this position, the Sales Supervisor will be responsible for meeting personal and store sales goals, ensuring that each customer receives outstanding service. They will establish a returning client business by developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships, actively reaching out to clients through various communication channels. The Sales Supervisor will utilize the company's selling culture and training tools to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, the Sales Supervisor will maintain the organization and cleanliness of both the front and back of the house, ensuring that the sales floor beautifully reflects the brand. They will maintain an active presence on the sales floor to assist and coach staff in developing strong client relationships. The role also involves participating in all Divisions of Responsibility to support overall business operations and develop as a well-rounded leader. The Sales Supervisor is expected to remain coachable and open to feedback, continuously developing in their role while actively supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
