About the position

The Sales Support Admin is responsible for providing excellent customer service by effectively scheduling and supporting both external and internal sales staff. This role involves maintaining and tracking surveys, communicating with clients and surveyors, processing order amendments, and ensuring adherence to quality assurance policies.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, track, route and schedule all Surveys according to Acorn policy and customer service guidelines.
  • Communicate changes in schedule to surveyors as needed.
  • Contact scheduled clients to potentially move appointments forward to maximize efficiency.
  • Communicate Surveyor availability to the Region to maximize scheduling efficiency.
  • Reschedule or move appointments while maintaining qualified survey definitions.
  • Send sales reports to managers when instructed.
  • Process all order amendments, referral checks, and refund requests for customers.
  • Support and provide feedback to management regarding call fundamentals.
  • Ensure Agents adhere to quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Review, qualify, and confirm orders processed by internal sales agents.
  • Collect and document trending quality issues.
  • Work on special projects assigned by management to identify concerns with call quality and suitability.
  • Observe all health/safety and security procedures and report unsafe conditions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be computer savvy using Microsoft Office and Windows PC applications.
  • Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in various situations.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in customer service or sales support roles.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software or tools.
