About the position

Sorbster Inc is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the sales team and enhance productivity across various departments. This role involves managing multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing essential administrative support to the founders and sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Support with various projects, conducting research, gathering information, and providing administrative assistance as required.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
