  • Support customer service efforts by ensuring clients receive prompt and friendly responses.
  • Assist with Amazon and third-party marketplace management.
  • Collaborate with the team on special projects and brainstorming sessions.
  • Maintain an organized and friendly work environment.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Solid understanding of Excel functions, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Experience in customer service and a strong ability to keep clients satisfied.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Word and eager to learn AI tools.
  • Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
