About the position

The Sales Support Administrator (Bilingual French) at 3E is a proactive and detail-oriented role focused on enhancing the efficiency of the sales team. This position involves managing the lifecycle of sales orders and renewals, ensuring accurate data entry in Salesforce, and maintaining the integrity of sales reporting. The role requires collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure timely and compliant processing of contracts and related documentation, all while supporting French-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the order process by reviewing and processing sales orders in Salesforce.
  • Manage client records and work closely with Finance and Legal teams to uphold company standards.
  • Provide essential support to the sales team, including preparing and updating sales orders and assisting with renewals.
  • Drive data clean-up, process improvements, and contribute to system integration initiatives.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent education.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or account management.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Expertise in MS Office and strong organizational skills.
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred.
