About the position

The Sales Support Administrator plays a crucial role in providing administrative and analytical support to the sales and marketing departments at Talley LLC. This position is essential for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including managing communications, assisting with order processing, and supporting event logistics. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of working collaboratively across departments to enhance overall efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Distribution, organization and maintenance of two mailboxes to ensure timely delivery of emails.
• Running and distribution of departmental reports that include pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Assist the sales department as back-up for releasing orders, RGAs, uploading customer POs to the portal, and servicing queue calls.
• Help register, link, and activate online customers.
• Review, track and assign new business leads.
• Responsible for submitting monthly departmental expense reports to accounting.
• Assist Marketing department with external and internal event logistics.
• Main point of contact for departmental purchases on Amazon and other sites.
• Switchboard back-up for breaks and lunches.
• Travel Administrator back-up.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years administrative related experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Teams, Excel (to include formulas, pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
