  • Answer inquiries from staff and clients regarding permit and HOA requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of administrative experience, ideally supporting sales teams.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, with Salesforce experience being a bonus.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
