Responsibilities

• Manage tradeshow logistics
• Conduct online audits
• Handle order entry
• Assist Sales and Marketing team members with various projects
• Provide backup support for registration and order entry in NetSuite
• Perform database cleanup
• Carry out general administrative support functions
• Offer phone support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Conduct system audits

Requirements

• Strong general computer and Internet skills
• Excellent command of the English language (spelling and grammar)
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Proficiency in an ERP/CRM system (NetSuite preferred)
• Able to lift 50 pounds above head
• Associate degree or 2 years' relevant experience
