About the position

As a Sales Support Associate at Auxilior Capital Partners, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and enhancing customer service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to manage all aspects of documentation preparation and package delivery related to new transactions. This includes following up on titling requirements and UCC filings, ensuring that all processes are executed smoothly and efficiently. You will be the point of contact for various stakeholders, including vendors, partners, dealers, and sales personnel, fostering strong relationships through exceptional service levels. In this role, you will oversee the transactional workflow from the initial application submission to the final document receipt and audit. You will be expected to analyze situations independently, determine appropriate solutions, and implement them effectively. Your ability to resolve both standard and non-standard customer contract requests will be essential. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with your team and other departments to ensure seamless operations and meet key performance standards. Proactivity in completing your responsibilities will be vital to your success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage transactional workflow from application submittal through document receipt and audit.
  • Liaise with vendor/partner/dealer/sales to forge partnerships through outstanding service levels.
  • Support Sales through timely, knowledgeable, and efficient management of contract details.
  • Analyze situations, determine and implement solutions independently.
  • Resolve standard and non-standard customer contract requests.
  • Adopt a collaborative team approach to working within own group and other teams/functions within the department and other areas of the business.
  • Proactively complete the responsibilities of the position while meeting key performance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 years of experience in equipment finance (Required).
  • Proficient organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proactive and professional communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice-to-haves

  • Financial industry experience preferred, including understanding multiple Equipment Finance products and their benefits.
