Ocean Beauty Seafoods is a leading seafood distribution company, proudly serving top-tier restaurants, retailers, and chefs in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Our mission is to deliver exceptional quality seafood with unmatched customer service, and we are seeking a talented individual to help us achieve even greater success. We are hiring a Bilingual Sales Support Specialist to join our team and work closely with one of our top-performing sales representatives. This individual will play a crucial role in managing and expanding the top performer's growing portfolio by providing high-level support to her and her clients. The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin and English, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, proficiency with numbers, and a strong commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Act as a direct point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and requests.
• Process customer orders accurately, track shipments, and resolve any issues with delivery or logistics.
• Use Excel and other tools to analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, operations, and transportation, to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.
• Prepare sales presentations, quotes, and proposals in both Chinese and English.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support long-term business growth.
• Gain a deep understanding of the seafood industry and sales process, leveraging knowledge to better serve clients.
• Proactively address challenges and provide solutions, maintaining a results-driven attitude.

Requirements

• Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin (preferred but not a requirement) and English.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience in using Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding client expectations.
• A 'get it done at all costs' mindset, with a focus on achieving goals and solving problems effectively.
• Experience in sales or a willingness to learn seafood sales and industry-specific knowledge.
• Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
