About the position

The Sales Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing sales processes at Lugano, ensuring seamless coordination between retail salons and corporate headquarters. This position is responsible for maintaining data integrity and enhancing operational efficiency through collaboration with various teams. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects and deadlines while working closely with the Sales Strategist team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and optimize organizational processes surrounding Lugano experiences with rigorous education and follow-up.
  • Monitor upcoming experience opportunities and assist with CRM data input related to events.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Strategy Analyst to detect and resolve experience data issues, focusing on partnership efficiency and quality data.
  • Prepare event packets for salons, consolidate post-event debriefs, and provide data for extractions of event patterns and learnings at the HQ level.
  • Ensure timely execution of event post-data and collaborate with sales strategists to create said data.
  • Work with the Sales Strategy Manager and Director of Experience on event opportunities to address challenges and optimize processes.
  • Foster effective communication with Client Experience teams to ensure a collaborative approach.

Requirements

  • Mid-level experience in sales support or coordination roles.
