About the position

The Sales Support Manager-FX and International Payments is a customer-facing role responsible for supporting the onboarding of new clients into the Banking Circle US ecosystem. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition from the sales process to the go-live stage, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end customer onboarding experience.
  • Coordinate internal activities during the contracting phase to ensure successful client go-live.
  • Gather requirements, scope, configure systems, and run functional testing to prepare clients for production.
  • Create a positive customer service experience by understanding and meeting customer needs quickly and professionally.
  • Provide product support during the sales process in partnership with the Sales team.
  • Act as a conduit between internal and external stakeholders while managing expectations and competing demands.
  • Support customer training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the product team to support the rollout of new product features and enhancements.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of sales support experience, including customer onboarding within international payments or financial services.
  • Experience in FX and International Payments.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Enjoy direct interaction with customers and learning about their business.
  • Previous exposure to project management methodology, either formal or informal.
  • Ability to solicit requirements, build a plan, and execute against it.
  • Clear and effective communication skills with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to support international time zones for global customer implementation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with multiple tools and systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
